Variay Games: privacy policy
Who we are
Variay Games is run by Ruijia Huang. For any question about privacy, email support@variay.com.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, ads or trackers. Cloudflare, our web host, handles each visit to deliver the page. We keep no logs of visits. To stop abuse, our server counts sign-ups from each internet address for about a minute and keeps nothing after that.
The game demos
The demos of our games on this website send nothing to us. Each demo keeps your progress and settings in your browser’s storage on this device, so it can carry on where you left off. To delete them, use Reset progress in the demo’s settings or Play the demo again, or clear this site’s data in your browser.
News of new games
If you sign up for news of new games, Kit (kit.com), the service that sends our emails, keeps your email address, the page you signed up from and when. Kit stores them in the United States under its own data protection terms.
We use your address only to email you when a new game comes out. You confirm by email before you are on the list. You must be 16 or older to sign up.
What our emails record
Kit records whether each email is opened and which links in it are clicked. We can’t switch that off, and we don’t use it. A mail app that blocks images stops the open count.
Leaving the list
Every email has an unsubscribe link, which stops the emails. Kit then keeps your address marked as unsubscribed, so it isn’t emailed again. To have it deleted entirely, email support@variay.com.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing support@variay.com. The legal basis for our emails is your consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Our games
Each of our games has its own privacy policy. None of them sends anything about you to us, and a game that shows ads says there what its ad network collects. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at https://games.variay.com/privacy with a new date.
